As a mother, aunt and community leader, Kelly has promised to build on the legacy of cooperative economics and insist on excellence be a priority for every neighborhood school.

Real people make the city of San Antonio both unique and strong. Rather than outsourcing economies of scale, Kelly will establish a committee to always focus on providing local labor to San Antonio communities for efforts that support living wage growth.
Kelly is a strong believers in giving our community activist voice. She builds teams to put together resident psychologist clinics to ensure maximum engagement of all peoples.
